  • Every quarter, a percentage of proceeds from all purchases at The Punk Pup are donated to organizations across the state of Arizona to benefit domestic animals and wildlife. We are committed to transparency, so you will always know who benefits, why, and how much they receive. Follow us on social media for updates!

  • Currently, The Punk Pup offers two bandana sizes to maintain our sustainability practices, S/M and L. These sizes correspond to standard dog breed sizes. The over-the-collar style makes our bandanas adaptable to a range of neck sizes. Please contact us if you are unsure or would like to request a custom size!

  • The Punk Pup offers bandanas in an over-the-collar style. Simply slide one end of your pet’s collar through the bandana opening, and safely secure the collar to your pet as usual. Ensure at least two fingers of space between the collar and the neck.

    The Punk Pup’s bandanas are ONLY to be worn under direct supervision. Damaged bandanas with loose chains or rivets pose a choking hazard. Monitor your pet at all times to prevent injury. Remove the bandana immediately if your pet shows any signs of irritation or scratching. Always inspect bandana closely before use.

    The Punk Pup is not liable for improper or negligent use of our bandanas. Every order includes a proper use and safety card that must be followed.

  • Orders will ship within 5 business days from the time of your order. We will contact you directly if there is a delay for any reason.

  • Due to the limited nature of our products, The Punk Pup does not accept returns or exchanges.

  • At The Punk Pup, sustainability is always at the forefront of our minds. We work hard to minimize our carbon footprint, and we do this in several ways:

    • We work small. Each collection is made by hand by our owner in small batches.

    • We ONLY use 100% cotton fabric

    • We limit material waste as much as possible. Leftover materials are always repurposed.

    • We shop secondhand. Many materials used in our production process are purchased secondhand to keep our products affordable and give a second life to materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.

    • We use eco-friendly shipping materials and minimize our plastic use as much as possible. The only plastic you will see us use are thin sleeves to protect stickers and art prints from moisture.

    • We offer free repairs for life. Your investment in Punk Pup gear is important to us, and we are committed to ensuring your purchase is worth your hard-earned money. By offering free repairs, we are taking a stand against the unhealthy cycles that have become prominent in American shopping culture that promote impulse shopping and product waste.

  • The Punk Pup offers free repairs for life, no questions asked. To receive a repair, please message us via our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible with next steps.

    To help us offer this courtesy, we ask that you cover the cost of shipping.

  • Here at The Punk Pup, we create gear for all! However, the nature of some products requires extra care:

    • Punk Cats require break-away collars with our bandanas to ensure maximum safety. We do not recommend designs with chains for cats.

    • Punk People are free to wear our gear as they wish! Wear our bandanas on a choker or attached to a bag strap.

    • We do not recommend our gear for small mammals, birds, reptiles, or exotic animals.
